Tomorrow, October 22, 2009... I will be flying to the UK
for a two week visit with my wonderful other half. I have
been looking forward to this trip for months. Not only do
I get to see my fiancée of four years, I also get to go see
P!nk in concert, and I get to see my nieces. I haven't
seen my nieces since August of 2007... when the youngest
was only a month old. Now she's two and talks like a five
or six year old... it's amazing! I can't wait to see them
and take a ton of photos!

My goal for my two weeks of vacation is to try and take as
many photos as I can while I'm in the UK. I want to work
on photojournalism type photos of people while I'm there,
and I want to produce images that people will be proud of
and people will want to hang on their walls. Last week, I
met with some friends at a local coffee shop, and one of
them works for a bank. She's going to get me in touch with
the gal that is in charge of getting artwork to hang on
the walls to get a name out there. When I get back, I want
to have images that will inspire people, that they'll want
to see every day.

Keep an eye out. I'm going to try and get at least one
upload a day up here, but I'm not going to promise that
it will happen. I know that one of you will end up calling
me out on it if I promise and don't do it. Ha!
